How do I find out who called me from an unknown number in Costa Rica?

How do I dial a Costa Rica number from abroad?
From a mobile phone, type +506 followed by the national number. From a landline, replace the + with the exit code of the country you are in: 00 in most countries and 011 in the United States and Canada.
