Where is 935 from?
"935" is not a separate area code: these are numbers in area code 93 (Barcelona, Catalonia) whose local number starts with 5.
How do I call a number with area code 93 from another country?
Dial the country code followed by the full number, like this: +34 935 XX XXXX. On a mobile phone you can use + instead of the international exit code.
Why am I getting calls from 935 if I know nobody there?
An area code shows where the number was assigned, not where the caller is. Telemarketers and scammers use virtual or ported numbers and can even spoof the number shown on screen. Look up the full number to see what other users say before calling back.
