Where is 565 from?
"565" is not a separate area code: these are numbers in area code 56 (Mexico City metro area) whose local number starts with 5.
How do I call a number with area code 56 from another country?
Dial the country code followed by the full number, like this: +52 565 XXX XXXX. On a mobile phone you can use + instead of the international exit code.
Why am I getting calls from 565 if I know nobody there?
An area code shows where the number was assigned, not where the caller is. Telemarketers and scammers use virtual or ported numbers and can even spoof the number shown on screen. Look up the full number to see what other users say before calling back.
